STL · 3MF · STEP / up to 100 MB · 3 million trianglesWe aim to print the same day or overnight and deliver the next working day where feasible. Timing depends on payment time, print duration, courier collection and destination, so it is not guaranteed. Rush replaces the selected delivery service. Once your quote is ready, the extra cost is shown here and confirmed again at checkout before you pay: 35% of the standard quoted order total, with a £30 minimum per order.
Most orders are printed and inspected before dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch; Tracked 24 aims for the next working day. Import duties or taxes may be payable by the recipient.

How this estimate works
Your model is uploaded privately to our server, which reads it and prepares the 3D preview. When you press Estimate my quote, the server engine checks the model against the 340 × 320 × 340 mm print volume and, with automatic orientation, searches for a placement that balances bed contact, overhangs and height. Geometric orientation cannot choose the load direction or the surface finish you need, so please review those requirements before production. Oversized models are routed to a personal quote for split-part review.
Files with several parts are split automatically. Each part is placed on the bed and quoted separately, and identical parts are grouped. Shells that touch, overlap or sit inside one another stay together, and tiny fragments stay with the nearest part. Multi-plate slicer projects with several plates are quoted plate by plate, each plate printed as arranged. Choose Print as one piece for print-in-place parts and assemblies. Files with more than 50 parts, or with a part or plate larger than the print volume, need a personal quote.
The engine slices model cross-sections into layers, offsets wall contours and estimates infill, solid surfaces, automatic tree supports, motion, cooling and setup. Strength presets change walls and infill directly. Layer height follows the nozzle you choose. The engine does not run a full slicer, so machine time and support material are estimates.
Quantities are priced as separate copies. For multi-part files each group of identical parts has its own tier (copies per set × sets). Different parts do not combine for a discount. Each repeated plate is counted as one identical print, regardless of how many different parts are arranged on it. Bulk discounts apply to everything except delivery, including machine time, material, supports and any finishing: 0% for 1–4 parts, 10% for 5–9, 17% for 10–24, 24% for 25–49, 31% for 50–199, 38% for 200–499 and 45% for 500 or more. Savings for each identical group are rounded down to whole pounds. UK delivery is free when the parts total after discounts is over £75.
Each quote is saved on our server with your file and stays valid until the date shown. Changing a setting needs a new quote. STEP files are previewed in your browser while the original is converted and verified on our server. STEP models are checked visually before production. Files are stored privately for your quote and order and are not published. Card payments are taken by SumUp on its secure hosted page.
